How to repurpose Youtube videos to Youtube Shorts

YouTube Shorts is a new feature on the YouTube platform that allows users to create and share short videos, similar to TikTok. To recycle a video from your YouTube channel to a YouTube Short, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the YouTube Studio.

1. Select the video you want to recycle.
2. Click the "Edit" button.
3. Scroll down to the "Shorts" section, and select the "Create Short" button.
4. The video will then be added to the YouTube Shorts camera, where you can trim and edit the video as desired.
5. Once you are finished editing, you can save the video and upload it as a YouTube Short.

Keep in mind that only videos that are less than 60 seconds can be uploaded to YouTube Shorts, so it might be necessary to trim your video down before uploading it. Also depending on the region you are on, the feature might not be available yet.
